We are a Prague development and construction company. We lead the project from start to finish and answer for the result — not just for parts of the work.
Why we work the way we do
Most bad renovation stories run the same way. The price looked reasonable, because it was a lump sum. The date slipped, because everyone was waiting on one trade. And when something went wrong, there was nobody who took responsibility for it — every tradesman pointed at the one before.
We are building the company so that story cannot happen. The budget is itemised, so you can see what you are paying for. The price in the contract is fixed and variations are agreed in advance, in writing. And coordinating every trade is our job, not yours — you have one phone number, not eight.
What we hold to
An awkward truth, early
If something turns up behind the plaster, you hear about it the same day, with the cost and the effect on the date. Not at handover.
If it is not written down, it does not count
Scope, price, date and the rules for variations are all in the contract. A verbal agreement on site is not an agreement.
We do not take on what we cannot do
Work requiring a licence we do not hold is carried out through vetted licensed contractors. Responsibility for coordination and for the result stays with us.
Your home stays yours
We protect the untouched parts, clean as we go and take the waste away. A renovation should not be a raid you clean up after.
