Who we are

A Prague development and construction company. We lead the project, not just parts of it.

HMG Invest development group prepares and manages residential projects and renovations in Prague and the surrounding region. We handle the whole process — surveying the property, design preparation, planning consent, selecting and coordinating vetted contractors, running the work on site, and completion and handover.

Our office is at Pařížská 20 in Prague 1. Martin Guth leads commercial discussions; managing director Helena Guthová handles preparation and contracts.

The most common worry about a renovation is not the money — it is the uncertainty. That is why every job we take on follows the same, pre-agreed course.

    We come and look, measure the actual condition of the property and talk through what you have in mind. Free and without obligation.

  2. 02Proposed solution

    We set out the scope of work, materials and technical approach, and show you options where they genuinely make a difference.

  3. 03Itemised budget

    Every line, every material, every trade listed separately. No lump sums where you cannot see what is inside.

  4. 04Contract

    Fixed price, completion date, schedule and the rules for variations. All in writing before anything is demolished.

  5. 05Work under one lead

    We coordinate every trade and hold the schedule and the quality. You have one phone number, not eight tradesmen.

  6. 06Handover and warranty

    We hand over the work with certificates and documentation, and deal with completion approval where it is required.

    Variations only ever on the basis of prior written agreement. Never as an extra invoice at the end.

We publish indicative price bands per square metre. The final price comes after the survey and is always itemised — so you know what you are paying for.
